Refund policy

1. General Information

All of our products are made to order through trusted third-party print partners using a print-on-demand production process. Each item is produced specifically for you after your order has been placed.

2. Returns for Non-Defective Products

As every product is made to order, we are generally unable to accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items, including but not limited to:

Ordering the wrong size
Ordering the wrong color
Change of mind
Personal preference

We strongly recommend reviewing the product description, size guide, and product specifications carefully before placing your order.

3. Defective or Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or has been manufactured incorrectly, please contact us within 15 days of delivery.

To process your claim, the following conditions apply:

Clear photographs showing the issue are required.
In most cases, the product does not need to be returned.
All claims are reviewed in accordance with the guidelines of our production partner, Printify.

If your claim is approved, we will provide either:

A free replacement or reprint; or
A full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.

4. Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order has been lost or has not been delivered, we will investigate the issue together with the shipping carrier and our fulfillment partner. Where appropriate, we will offer a suitable resolution, such as a replacement or a refund.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method or, where applicable, as store credit.

6. Important Information

Our products are manufactured by independent third-party print partners using a print-on-demand production process. Minor variations in color, print placement, or finishing may occur as part of this process and are not considered manufacturing defects.
